  • Clear Edge develops and provides custom and prebuilt Pine Script indicators, strategies, and tools for use on the TradingView platform.

  • Our Services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

  • We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or trading recommendations.

2. SEBI & Regulatory Disclaimer

  • Clear Edge is not registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other financial regulatory authority.

  • Our products are software tools, not financial advisory services.

  • Any use of our Services for trading or investment purposes is done entirely at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree that:

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments for our Services are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView or payment gateways).

  • As our products are digital in nature, refunds are generally not available once a product has been delivered or activated.

  • Exceptions, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Clear Edge.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All scripts, tools, designs, and materials provided by Clear Edge are the intellectual property of Clear Edge.

  • Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of our code or products is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Clear Edge provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of our indicators or tools.

  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product or service.

8. Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if a user is found violating these Terms & Conditions.

  • Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or breach of intellectual property rights may result in permanent suspension without refund.
